Head Energy Consulting establishes office in Harstad

Head Energy Consulting opens office in Harstad to strengthen its presence in Northern Norway. The goal is to get closer to customers and projects in the region.

To strengthen the business in the north, Head Energy Consulting is now establishing an office in Harstad. From early September, the company will move into modern premises in A:RT Gymsal in Asbjørn Selsbanes gate — right in the heart of the city.

“We see significant growth potential in Northern Norway, and Harstad was a natural choice for our currently northernmost office. The region has a strong business sector, including in oil and gas. We also see great opportunities in aquaculture, construction, technology and defence,” says Anders Lunde, General Manager of Head Energy Consulting.

Bets on engineers and advisers in the north

Head Energy Consulting already has a large group of consultants working on projects and installations in Northern Norway. With its own office in Harstad, the company now wants to connect more engineers, consultants and project managers.

“With a local presence, we get even closer to customers and projects. We are looking forward to building relationships in a very exciting region, while at the same time we can better facilitate both existing employees and new candidates who want to become part of Head Energy,” says Lunde.

Looking towards further growth in the region

CEO of Head Energy Group, Morten Leikvoll, stresses that the establishment in Harstad is an important step in the venture in the north.

“We are pleased to establish our own offices in a rural area with a forward-looking and dynamic business sector. This gives us a solid foundation for further establishment of our businesses, including engineering, subsea and aquaculture technology and construction,” says Leikvoll.
